Art. 6 – Delivery times and methods
Santacandida Italia Srl assumes the obligation to deliver the products selected and ordered by the Purchaser to the location indicated by the same, via courier.

Shipments are processed and fulfilled every day of the week, indicatively within 3 working days via express courier.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or public holidays.

Art. 7 – Transport damage
In the event that the Purchaser discovers any external damage to the packaging or a discrepancy in the number of packages, they must immediately place a written notice of control on the Courier’s proof of delivery or refuse to accept the damaged package by writing the reason in pen on the waybill that the Courier requires to be signed upon receipt of delivery. The Purchaser who has accepted the package with a notice of control and subsequently discovers damage to the product must report the damage within 8 days of delivery by sending a registered letter with return receipt to Santacandida Italia Srl, Largo Monsignor Augusto Curi, 3 - 70121 Bari. In addition to the reason for the report, the Purchaser must also specify the purchase order number and fiscal documentation.
In the event that the Purchaser discovers damage to the product due to transport that is not visible from the outside or a discrepancy in the number of products received, they must report the damage—in the first case within 8 days of discovery and in the second within 8 days of delivery—by sending a registered letter with return receipt to Santacandida Italia Srl, Largo Monsignor Augusto Curi, 3 - 70121 Bari. In addition to the reason for the report, the Purchaser must also specify the purchase order number and fiscal documentation.
Should the Purchaser fail to act in the ways and within the terms indicated in the previous points 1 and 2 of this article, they shall lose the right to a replacement or refund.
Following the report submitted by the Purchaser, Santacandida Italia Srl will proceed to replace the damaged product. In the event that, for any reason, Santacandida Italia Srl is unable to replace the product, it may proceed to return the entire amount paid or replace it with a product of equal or greater value, in agreement with the purchaser.

Art. 11 – Contribution to shipping costs
The purchaser shall pay to Santacandida Italia Srl, as a contribution to shipping costs, a fixed amount of € 7.90 for orders up to € 68.99; no shipping costs shall be charged for amounts over € 69.
